UPPER BODY AND SHOULDER GIRDLE | Is it led from the torso or from the hands?

We study:

• Difference between leading from the torso vs. the shoulder girdle,
  and the distinct body mechanics of each.
• Communication codes and how context determines when to ‘push’ and when not to.
• Elasticity and pressure in the holds.

Sequence/exercise:

Sequences with SACADAS forward and back, full of torsion and elasticity in the embrace.
The biggest challenge: agreeing on a CONTEXT and CODE when we communicate through tango.
