1. Welcome and Scope of the Website
Welcome to Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching®.
This website (the “Site”) is operated by Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® (“Tango Coaching®”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Through the Site, users may access content, products, and services offered (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
The Services include, among other things, the possibility to create an account, purchase and access digital content (including, but not limited to, videos and courses), purchase products when available, participate in promotions, and communicate with the support team.
The Services may evolve, be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued, in whole or in part, at any time for technical, operational, pedagogical, commercial, or legal reasons. Such changes do not affect purchases already made unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
Accessing, browsing, registering, purchasing, or otherwise using the Website and its Services implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use and of the Privacy and Cookies Policy.
Acceptance occurs expressly when creating an account and/or completing a purchase, and implicitly when continuing to use the Site and the Services.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the Site and the Services.
3. Access to Content and Duration
When purchasing digital content through the Site, access is activated automatically once payment is confirmed, without any additional action required from the user.
Each digital content item has a defined access period clearly indicated in the corresponding description at the time of purchase. During this period, the user may access the content as many times as desired, exclusively for personal use.
The access period begins once payment is confirmed and expires automatically at the end of the specified time frame, regardless of whether the user has accessed the content during that period.
Failure to use the content during the access period does not entitle the user to refunds, extensions, or later reactivation.
Purchased content is personal and non-transferable and may not be shared with third parties or used for commercial purposes.
4. User Account and Security
Access to certain Services of the Site may require the creation of a user account and the provision of personal information. The user agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
Login credentials (username, password, or other identifiers) are personal and confidential. The user is responsible for all activities that occur under their account and for protecting their credentials, avoiding sharing them with third parties.
Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® reserves the right to suspend, limit, or disable any account, username, or access credentials at any time and at its discretion when detecting misuse, violation of these Terms of Use, or for security, technical, or operational reasons.
The user agrees to immediately notify any unauthorized use of their account or security incident. Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® shall not be liable for damages resulting from the user’s failure to comply with these obligations.
5. Use of the Service and User Conduct
The Site and the Services are intended for personal and non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms of Use and the purpose for which they are offered.
The user agrees not to display, distribute, license, perform, publish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, modify, sell, resell, transfer, exploit, or otherwise make available any content or access to the Services for commercial or unauthorized purposes.
The user agrees to use the Site and the Services in a responsible and respectful manner and to refrain from any action that may affect the functioning of the Site, the experience of other users, or the rights of Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching®.

- sharing, reselling, transferring, or providing access to purchased content;

Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Site, the Services, or communication channels when user conduct violates these Terms or affects the functioning, safety, or working environment of the space.
6. Health, Physical Activity, and User Responsibility
The content offered by Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® includes practices and proposals related to body movement, dance, and physical training and is provided exclusively for educational and training purposes.
The user acknowledges that engaging in physical activity involves bodily effort and may carry risks if not performed appropriately.
Before beginning any training, users are advised to consult a health professional, especially in cases of injury, pre-existing medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations.
Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment prescriptions. The content available on the Site does not replace evaluation, guidance, or monitoring by healthcare professionals.
Participation in exercises, movements, or training proposals is voluntary. The user is solely responsible for assessing their physical and mental capabilities, adapting the practice to their possibilities, choosing the appropriate level, and practicing in a safe environment.
Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® shall not be liable for injuries, physical damages, or consequences resulting from the use of the content, the practice of the training, or the personal interpretation of the instructions provided.
By using the Site and the Services, the user expressly assumes the risks associated with physical activity and waives any claims against Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching®, its team, collaborators, or representatives for injuries or damages related to the use of the content.
The user acknowledges that they use the content and Services at their own risk.
7. Fees, Currencies, and Payments
The Services and content offered on the Site may be subject to payment of a fee clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on the user’s location or operational criteria.
Payments are processed through external payment processors enabled by the Site, such as PayPal or other available payment gateways. Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® does not directly process payments or store users’ financial information.
By making a purchase, the user authorizes the selected payment processor to process the corresponding charge according to its own terms and conditions.
Fees are charged regardless of whether the user makes use of the purchased Services or content.
Taxes, banking fees, commissions, or additional charges that may apply depending on the user’s country of residence or the payment processor used are the responsibility of the user.
Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® reserves the right to modify prices, currencies, or commercial conditions at any time. Such modifications will not affect purchases already made.
8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks
The Services and content offered by Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® are digital and provided under a prepaid model with access for a defined period of time.
The Service is billed in advance and is non-refundable.
To treat all users equally, no exceptions are made.
Payments made are not subject to refunds, cancellations, or reimbursements, regardless of how the user chooses to use the content or their personal appreciation of the Service.
This policy includes, but is not limited to, situations in which the user no longer needs the Service, the Service does not meet personal expectations, the user decides to use another product, or experiences technical issues related to their connection or environment.
If a user improperly initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider, Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the associated content and block the user’s account.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback constitutes a violation of these Terms of Use.
Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® may provide payment processors with all available information demonstrating acceptance of these Terms, confirmation of payment, and activation of access.
9. Intellectual Property and Rights of Use
All content available on the Site — including, but not limited to, videos, classes, texts, images, audio, trademarks, logos, and materials — is the exclusive property of Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® or used with proper authorization.
Purchasing or accessing content does not grant ownership rights.
The user acquires only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right of use.
Copying, reproducing, recording, downloading, modifying, distributing, publishing, communicating, or exploiting the content without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use may result in suspension of access and legal action.
10. Service Availability and Limitations
Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® strives to maintain continuous access to the Site and the Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services for technical, operational, pedagogical, or legal reasons.
Such actions will not entitle users to refunds or compensation.
The user is responsible for having the necessary technical means to access the Site.
Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® shall not be liable for interruptions, delays, or inability to access the Services resulting from causes beyond its control.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of continuous or error-free operation.
11. Entire Agreement, Modifications, Language, and Contact
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the user and Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® regarding access to and use of the Site and the Services.
Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the Site.
Continued use of the Site after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms of Use are presented in Spanish. If a version in another language is provided, it is for informational purposes only. The Spanish version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.
