How to buy?
Shopping at the Tango Coaching® Store is SUPER EASY:
All you need to do is register, add the classes to your cart, and complete the payment. That’s it! You’ll get instant access to the content you picked.
Scroll down for the step-by-step guide:
- Navegá por el STORE, elegí tu clase y agregala al CARRITO. Apretá seguir comprando si querés agregar más clases a tu pedido.
Si tenés un código de descuento, aplicalo en el casillero que dice ‘COUPON CODE’. - FINALIZÁ TU COMPRA llenando el formulario de REGISTRO con tu email y contraseña.
- Elegí la moneda (ARS o USD) para ver los métodos de pago disponibles y efectuar tu compra.
- Vas a recibir varios mails relacionados con tu compra, revisá el correo no deseado.
IMPORTANTE: asegurate de hacer click en el botón ACTIVAR CUENTA en uno de esos mails. - Listo: y podés ver tu clase en CUENTA > VIDEOS.

*REGISTRO – importante:
Luego de que hagas el registro con tu mail y contraseña, recibirás un correo para VERIFICAR tu cuenta. En este mensaje, verás un botón que dice ACTIVAR CUENTA. Hacé click ahí y ya podés seguir. No olvides de revisar tu carpeta de correo no deseado, ya que el mail podría llegar ahí. Es importante que completes este paso, de lo contrario no podrás realizar compras.
REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
Podés navegar gratuitamente por todo el contenido del Tango Coaching® STORE, pero para realizar compras, tenés que crear un usuario con tu mail y la contraseña que elijas.
El registro lo hacés rapidísimo: entrás a este link sección REGISTRO, elegís un mail que uses frecuentemente y asignás una contraseña. Al instante, vas a recibir un mensaje para VERIFICAR tu usuario (si no lo ves en la bandeja de entrada, posiblemente esté en Spam). En este mensaje, vas a ver un botón que dice ACTIVAR CUENTA. Hacés click ahí y ya está está tu cuenta activa. Es importante que completes este paso, para poder hacer compras en la plataforma.
Cada vez que quieras ver las CLASES que compraste, entrás al sitio y accedés a tu CUENTA con tu mail y contraseña. (Podrás pedir que se recuerden tus datos para ingresar más rápido.)
En tu CUENTA encontrarás además el detalle de tus compras y membresías.

Empezá tu compra eligiendo las clases y agregándolas al carrito, antes de finalizar la compra aparecerá la opción de agregar un CUPÓN. Escribí el código en esa casilla y click en APLICAR. Verificá el descuento y continuá con el pago.

How long do I have access to my classes?
You will have access for 30 days from the date of purchase. During this time, you can watch the class as many times as you want, whenever you wish.
The access period is limited because we want to avoid procrastination: the idea is to encourage you to establish priorities more effectively. If, after the 30-day membership, you wish to continue accessing the class, you can repurchase it; there are no recurring payments.
Is the content downloadable?
One of the greatest advantages of our platform is that you only need to be connected to the internet to watch the classes, as the content is hosted on our platform and does not take up space on your devices.
What language are the classes in?
El audio en español (con transcripciones) y subtítulos en inglés.- En algunos clases, incluso podés elegir la posibilidad as leyendas y subtítulos que quieras. *More languages will be available soon.
Do I have to be a professional to take these courses?
No, but it is necessary to have an understanding of the language of tango dance.
What level do I need to take the classes?
Nivel intermedio y avanzado sería lo ideal. Pero no descartes tu posibilidad de probar y superarte, en cualquier parte de tu camino.
Do I need a dance partner?
It’s not necessary to have a dance partner to benefit from the class. While, many of the classes and exercises proposed are designed for pairs, you can learn and enjoy training alone and then practice it with a friend or colleague.
Can I listen to and watch the classes without using my body?
Yes, listening and watching are just as important as movement, but we would love for you to move! The classes are designed with this premise, and we recommend that you dance because, besides, dancing is great fun
Do I have to be of a certain age to take the classes?
Of course not. You will recognize your body and know how far to push yourself, regardless of your age or the physical training you are used to doing. For us, there are no age limits to learning.
What if I forget my username and password?

Does the platform work in my country?
The platform is accessible worldwide (except in countries where internet access is restricted). If you can access the site and view the class previews, you will also be able to access and purchase all the videos you want.
If I don’t dance tango, can I take the classes?
If you have no experience in tango, you may not be able to fully benefit from the content. However, we encourage you to watch the preview videos and decide afterward. This might be the perfect opportunity to spark your interest and start exploring the fascinating world of tango dance.
Is it useful for tango salón – pista?
Definitely. You will incorporate key tools of tango dance. By training the mechanics of tango and the connection with your partner through movement, you will enrich and deepen your dancing. It will undoubtedly be very useful.
What device do I need to watch the videos?
You can log into your account on Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® STORE and watch the videos from any computer, tablet, or phone. We recommend using a larger screen to enjoy more details and ensuring you always have a good internet connection.
What if I can’t watch my class?
Si tenés problemas para ver una clase adquirida, te sugerimos chequear la calidad y velocidad de tu conexión a internet. Recordá que siempre deberás estar conectadx a una red para acceder a tu cuenta y a los videos que adquiriste. Otra opción es que te asegures que tu compra haya sido efectuada y aprobada. Y por último, no olvides que tenés que tener la suscripción activa para verla (recordá que las clases no son lifetime).

How many times can I watch my classes?
You can watch the videos an unlimited number of times while they are available. Memberships last for 30 consecutive days from the date of purchase. Once that period is over, you can purchase it again as many times as you like.
Are the videos sequential?
Las clases fueron concebidas con el estilo y la metodología de Tango Coaching® de Alejandra Gutty. En estos momentos hay dos categorías: ESPECIALES y SEMANALES.
Las propuestas no tienen un orden ni una correlatividad específica, pero todo está relacionado y es parte del mismo universo.

How to buy?
Purchasing from Alejandra Gutty • Tango Coaching® STORE is very simple; it’s like shopping online on any website. You just need to register, create a user account with a password, and add the product to your cart. When you have all the products you want, the site will take you to the payment platform to enter your details. Complete the payment, and that’s it!
What payment methods are available?
Podés pagar con tarjeta de crédito desde cualquier parte del mundo.
Si comprás desde Argentina, pagás a través de los medios que ofrece Mercado Pago (incluso dinero en cuenta). Para el resto del mundo, usamos PayPal, o sea que también podés usar saldo en cuenta . IMPORTANT: You can pay with your card without having a PayPal account.
There’s no need to sign up — we only use PayPal as a payment gateway.
How do I know what payment options are available to me?
By registering, go to “create user,” enter your details, and then in your cart, the corresponding options for you will appear. For Argentina, it’s Mercado Pago, and for the rest of the world, it’s PayPal.
When is my purchase confirmed, and when do I gain access to the class?
If the purchase is accepted/confirmed by Mercado Pago or PayPal, the activation of your membership will be automatic. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is credited. If 48 hours pass and you have not received the confirmation, please contact us through our support form.
I registered but did not receive the confirmation email; what should I do?
Make sure you have used your device’s default browser. Also, check that the email is not in the “Spam” or “Junk” folder of your inbox.
Does registering cost anything?
No, registration is free of charge. It has no expiration, but you can delete your account whenever you want.
Can I purchase multiple products at once?
Yes, you can buy as many items as you want.
Is it safe to buy from this site?
Yes. We work with the leading online payment gateways in Latin America and the world, which ensure security in all transactions made through their system.
What are promotional codes? COUPON
These are alphanumeric promotional keys that, when validated, generate a discount on a specific product in the store. If you have a promotional code/COUPON, enter it before proceeding to complete the purchase in the indicated box that says “Add a coupon.” You will see the final amount automatically.
Can I request a product exchange or a refund?
No, it is not possible to make exchanges or request refunds on this platform. Therefore, we recommend carefully reading the information about each product and reviewing the previews and descriptions of the classes before purchasing. Once the purchase is made, no changes or returns can be processed.
