THE 3 EMBRACES | How do we change the embrace?

We study:

• How, when, and at what moment do we modify the embrace: the 3 embraces.
• How to enter the code through the connection points.
• Building the embrace through the hands and texture.
• Proximity as a tool to expand the range of movement.

Sequence/exercise:

We use a sequence with a SALIDA CRUZADA and a strong PARADA at the crossover. We modify the embrace with technical, sensitive, and precise cues to explore different ways of connection.
The biggest challenge: REVIEW concepts to deepen understanding.
