We worked on exercises to practice pivots individually: we used the hands to help push into the floor and pivot. The exercises are simple, so we can focus on detail and the motor behind the movement.
The biggest challenge: understanding the importance of bringing QUALITY to the DETAIL, so that it later becomes quality of movement.
To go deeper, we recommend Intensive C3 and C4; class #30 and #87 will also help you reinforce concepts related to spirals and pivots.
