What details? For example: whether it’s done with the ball of the foot or the heel, if the legs stay parallel, if the hip lifts, if there’s a bend or a stretch… and other aspects of how and when to do it. We’ll look at concrete options so you have a guide, can practice, and begin to develop your own parameters of choice and beauty.
